Begin by manually placing the bucket on the weighing platform for quick positioning-the system automatically detects the bucket's position, seamlessly coordinating with the filling gun.
Automatic processes include the insertion of the gun into the bucket, peeling, opening the filling gun and ball valve group to initiate filling, all tailored for enhanced precision.
The loading process includes four-stage filling of large, medium, small, and trace quantities until the target value is reached, followed by the automatic closure and rise of the filling gun outside the barrel.
After filling, manually transition to the lid lock area and simply press the [Lock lid] button for secure sealing.
Conclude with pneumatic locking of the cover and manual palletizing, ensuring everything is securely in place.
