How to Operate
Start the process by manually placing the bucket on the weighing platform for swift and precise alignment. The intelligent system detects the position with precision and expertly positions the filling gun.
The filling gun automatically inserts into the bucket mouth, followed by sophisticated automatic peeling and activation of the filling gun and ball valve assembly to commence the filling operation.
Witness the marvel of highly efficient multi-stage filling, progressing from large to trace quantities to meet the target value. Once the preset quantity is reached, the filling gun automatically shuts off and retracts.
After filling, manually transfer the barrel to the lid lock area. With a simple press of the [Lock lid] button, the lid is secured with pneumatic precision.
The pneumatic locking cover guarantees a secure seal, followed by manual palletizing for efficient packaging and transport logistics.
Touch Screen PLC Control
Harness the power of pioneering technology with a touch screen interface, PLC control, C3 level load cell, and dual 6-bit high-precision weighing controller (sampling speed up to 128 times/second) along with a frequency converter. These ensure unmatched filling quality and precision.
