Core System Features
1. Intelligent Control & Formula Storage
The system can store up to 10 different product formulas. This allows operators to switch between different liquid densities and container sizes (e.g., from a 5L tin to a 20L plastic bucket) with a single touch, minimizing downtime.
2. Drip-Tight & Anti-Foam Design
The filling head is equipped with a high-performance drip-tight device. This ensures that even high-viscosity materials like emulsion paints are poured without air bubbles or messy spills, keeping the container and the workspace clean.
3. Integrated Pneumatic Finishing
The workstation is equipped with a pneumatic clamp cover and a pneumatic pressure plate device. After filling, the operator can easily seal the barrel using the auxiliary positioning device, creating a professional and leak-proof seal.
4. Flexible Filling Methods
Choose between Standard Top-Filling or Submersible Lifting Filling. The submersible method is ideal for materials prone to foaming, as the nozzle lifts gradually with the liquid level to eliminate bubbles.
Operating Workflow
Manual Alignment: The operator places the barrel on the stainless steel roller platform.
One-Touch Start: Press [Start]; the dual-stage valve opens for high-speed filling.
Precision Cut-off: At the pre-set weight, the valve switches to slow mode and then shuts off completely.
Capping: Move the barrel to the gland position; the pneumatic device applies the seal.
Discharge: The filled and sealed barrel is moved to storage via the unpowered roller track.
