Full automatic 200kg oil drum filling line
GFM-A200L automatic liquid filling machine, applied to 200L single barrel filling, uses the barrel filling way under the surface; unique adjustable spray gun and pneumatic ball valve design not only increases the target speed, but also maximizes the target accuracy. In addition, it can reduce the dripping of liquid residue during filling; the gas-collecting hood can avoid volatile gas emission in the process of filling, which effectively protect the operators.
During operation, the barrel is placed on the barrel conveyor line, the machine stops automatically, and the automatic alignment device automatically sprays liquid at the mouth of the empty barrel;
The spray gun sprays directly into the barrel mouth and automatically falls into the barrel mouth, the barrel is automatically peeled, and then accurately filled at two speeds; after filling, the spray gun automatically sprays to the barrel mouth, enters the barrel conveyor line, and stops at the capping place. The cap is placed manually and the capping is completed; the machine caps and completes the filling.
