Valve bag packaging equipment product description:
The machine has a high degree of automation and is easy to operate. It is equipped with a newly developed automatic bag unloading device. Workers only need to wear (modify the valve bag) to complete the packaging production process, saving labor (3-4 people), reducing labor intensity, greatly reducing production costs, and improving production efficiency.

Pneumatic valve port packaging machine is suitable for good fluidity powder or small particles (≤ 5mm) package, using compressed air as a driving force. Compressed air through the atomizer (air) inside the sealed container material has been fluidized state, so as to achieve the effect of the feed conveyor. 

Pneumatic rubber valve closed by controlling the valve flow area, in order to control packing materials feeding amount, to achieve effective and stable packaging accuracy and speed.

This production line can produce a variety of dry products: insulation mortar, adhesive mortar, cracking mortar, dryadhesives, self-leveling  mortar, dry powder putty and other material products.

Main features of valve bag Packing line :
1. Fully automatic computer control, computer intelligent automatic identification, automatic measurement, high sensitivity, stable performance, strong anti-interference ability, accurate weighing;

2. Novel design, no gate, weighing beam, weight, card wheel, pin, tension spring, tension spring and other mechanical weighing mechanisms, infinitely reducing vulnerable parts; not only reducing maintenance costs, but also improving production efficiency;

3. Automatically complete bag compression, filling, sealing and bag dropping functions, stable performance, easy operation;

4. The machine body is fully equipped with seals and dustproof ports, reasonable structure, sturdy and durable, truly realizing environmentally friendly production;

5. The packaging machine has two models: single nozzle (CBM-AI) and double nozzle (CBM-AII). The double nozzle can form a packaging machine with 4-6 nozzles in parallel.
