The robotic palletizer (also called palletizing robot or stacking robot) automates the palletizing of various packaged goods, featuring high-speed operation, neat stacking patterns, and advanced automation. Key components include:

Working Principle

1. Bag Orientation & Lifting

• Upright filled bags are pushed flat by pneumatic cylinders, rotated to center alignment via disc rotation, then lifted to the palletizing platform via adjustable belt conveyors.

2. Bag Flattening

• Bags pass through a flattening machine to compact contents and ensure uniform shape (excluded for boxes).

3. Detection & Gripping

• Sensors detect bags/boxes on the roller track → robotic arm positions, grips, and rotates items according to preset stacking patterns.

4. Palletizing & Conveying

• Stacked pallets are transported via forklift/overhead crane.

5. Pallet Dispensing

• The pallet elevator dispenses empty pallets sequentially for continuous operation.
